1. Payment Terms (PayU)
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all online payments made through DotcomCab using PayU Payment Gateway:
- Payment Processing
All online payments are processed securely through PayU Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, wallet, or banking details on our server.
- Transaction Security
PayU uses industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS certified systems to ensure secure payments.
- Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is confirmed only after PayU marks the transaction as Successful. Pending, Failed, or Cancelled payments will not confirm the booking.
- Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only according to company cancellation rules. Refunds are always made back to the original payment source via PayU.
- Payment Failure
If your payment fails, you may retry using another payment method supported by PayU.
- Fraud & Risk Checks
PayU may delay, block, or cancel transactions for risk, fraud, or security reasons.
- Dispute Resolution
For payment disputes, please provide your PayU Transaction ID. We will coordinate with PayU to help resolve issues.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may attract cancellation charges up to the full advance amount.
- No-shows at pickup time are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our review based on the cancellation policy and trip status. Where eligible, refunds will always be processed back to the original payment source via PayU. Processing time may vary based on the issuing bank or payment provider.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
5. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data such as name, phone, and email are collected for booking and support purposes only. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except our service providers for payment processing and SMS notifications, as necessary to provide our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
